I'd had this ring on a list and my sweet husband bought me this ring for my birthday. When I saw it on amazon, I loved it. However when I got the ring I was very disappointed. The shank has a crack in the inside where it was sized. The top piece of the ring is filigree but is barely attached. Not wanting to hurt my hubby's feelings I decided to just keep it and take it to my jeweler. My jeweler said to return it because although the shank could be repaired, nothing could be done to make the top piece more secure. So now I have a ring I can only wear sporadically at best, and taking a chance that the top will crack off and be lost when I do. It "looks" pretty but is not worth the price. Happy Birthday to me.
